Llandinam Presbyterian Chapel

Llandinam Presbyterian Church applied for a grant to buy a television, stand and dongle. These have now been installed, in the schoolroom at present as this is used for worship over the winter months. The chapel has recently hosted an ecumenical Lent Group with the Church in Wales and attendees have been able to watch a series called Undiscovered Lent on the screen and enjoyed lively discussion following each presentation.

According to the Reverend Monica O’Dea, minister of the Llandinam Area Pastorate, “I am looking forward to wheeling the screen through to the main chapel in May for our Pastorate Service when our theme is Christian Aid. I hope to get the young people involved in the worship and I know that it will enhance our time together and give me greater scope in presenting the issues of poverty in our world and our need to respond prayerfully and practically.

So may I say, on behalf of Llandinam Presbyterian Church thank you for your generous support of our ministry. I praise God for his provision through you and for the way God is continuing to build up his kingdom here on earth. He has a plan, and I am confident that the use of this kind of new audio-visual equipment is all a part of it.”
