Gwydion Hir

The History MA provided by Cardiff University was one of the most rewarding experiences of my life, and it was thanks to Pantyfedwen. My MA has expanded my horizons personally, and has allowed me access to language, historical, and archaeological training. I used these new skills when completing my thesis, which partially explored the importance inherited narratives held to medieval Welsh people. Now, I hope to take my education further and look for a PhD opportunity studying Welsh medieval history.    I hope to work with Pantyfedwen again in the future, who funded me through the most rewarding year of my academic career thus far.
