Capel Croesgoch, Haverfordwest
Capel Croesgoch were keen to renovate the vestry next to the chapel and were looking for funding to re-plaster the internal walls, to build new toilets including one accessible for the disabled, and to renovate the kitchen. The aim was to create a comfortable and warm place for worship, and to create a community hub for individuals in the area, who could call in for a cup of tea and a chat.
Following completion of the project, the hall looks completely different and is in use by the chapel and the community. The photos show Capel Croesgoch, an example from the exhibition of the women's work over the last few months on the theme "I will build my Church", and the tea in the Vestry during the meetings of the Welsh Baptist Union.
